When will I get my order?
We will work as quickly as possible to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Not all orders may be shipped within 2-3 business days as we live and work on our family farm, but we will do our very best to get them out as quickly as possible

What are the care instructions for my towels?
To care for our towels just throw them in the wash with your regular detergent on a cold cycle like you would with any other towel, then just hang them out on the line to dry.
Do not iron or tumble dry your towel or you may cause damage to your towel, avoid using detergents with bleach in them as they will cause discolouration to your towel.
